The purpose of activity is a development of the technological scientific bases of dispersible oxides for functional items and stady of their propeties. A method of research is a theoretical and experimental researches of obtaining methods of a condenced phase with use of the X-rays structural, the X-rays phase analises, electron microscopy, thermogravimetry. The heterogenous sol-gel processes of obtaining method of hydroxides as initial material for high-perfomence oxides are investigated. The methods of synthesis of dispersible ferromagnetics and ferropowders by the chemical enrichment method are investigeted, and also a fundamentals of joint synthesis of organic and inorganic polymers are developed, which allow to create, to generalize and to optimize new process of inorganic substances synthesis structural connected with polymers.
