It was shown decrease of visual analizer functions in 82% patients with angiopathy without visible retina patology. It was recorded improvement and normalization of the functional disturbances in 68% patients under the influence of the used therapy. Conclution: diabetes mellites (type II) patients need antioxident and immunocorrective treatment in preclinical stage of DR (angiopathy).
