The method of investigation is based on a local work function measurement by the scanning diode mycroscope used for registration diffusionally formed profiles of the adsorbate and for determination an isotermic desorption rate. The new version of the Boltzmann-Matano method was proposed for the diffusivities calculation.The thermodesorption characteristics in the first two monolayers of the Cu atoms adsorbed on the W(112) plane have been investigated. The work function and the heat of adsorption have been obtained as a function of adsobate concentration. It was shown, that the first-order phase transitions occur in the Cu monolayer. Surface diffusion of Cu on the (112) planes of monocrystals of W and Mo has been investigated by an experimental approach. The activation energy and pre-exponential factor concentratio nal dependenсеs have been obtained in the coverage range 0<ета<3. The Cu monolayer produces a strong decrease of Sr diffusivities and activation energy as compared with a Sr diffusion parameters for clean plane W(112). The Sr diffusion parameters on adsorbents of different chemical nature were analysed and compared. The diode mycroscope for non-disruption analysis has been created and patented.
