The objective of the study ю determination of physical mechanisms of ionizing radiation and biologically active substance effect on biomembranes, cells and alive organisms. Development of new methods and equipment for estimating irradiation effect on biological objects. Methods of study ю fluorescence spectroscopy, chemiluminescence, spectrophotometry, colorimetry, polarimetry, resistive impulse spectroscopy. The protein structural changes and microviscosity of annular and free lipids of erythrocyte membranes, hemoglobin content and volume distribution of rat erythrocytes have been studied under irradiation of 10 to 1000 Gy. The temperature dependence (in range of 4-40 C) of human blood platelet aggregation has been studied under irradiation with doses 10 to 200 Gy in vitro. The doseюeffect and temperature dependences of degree and rate of ADP-, epinephrine- and thrombin-induced platelet aggregation have been o btained. The contribution lipid peroxidation of platelet membranes to the change of cell functions under gamma-irradiation has been estimated. It has been concluded that platelet membrane receptors have different sensitivities to irradiation. The mathematical model has been proposed to describe platelet aggregation dynamics in vitro under action of shear flows. The lipid peroxidation potential has been studied in liver and gonads of rats after action of irradiation of equal doses on animals under different regimes: once and fractional. Experimentally proved that it is possible to use the natural medicine obtained from midia as antiperoxide and hepatoprotector. Lipid peroxidation changes the intensity of synthesis of euqozanoids in various tissues of rats. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-03 Close
