Karazin popup.description2 It has been established that during solid solution formation the mechanism of the ionic crystals mixture creep is the powder sliding. During mass transfer by diffusion contact formation the intrinsic stress relaxation is accompanied by the specific dislocation rosettes formation. Dislocation rosettes is of two types. The form of thes types is determined by the type of the stress distribution in the contact region. During the creep the mechanisms of intrinsic stress relaxation in solid solution and in Pb-Sn eutectic have been established. It have been established that the damage of anisotropic crystals during the irradiation by heavy multicharged ions depended on the moving ion direction and the irradiation angle. The anomalous high coefficient of the sputtering is connected with the exitation of the surface elastic waves. In the elastic theory limits the dispertion laws and the peculiarities of the elastic oscillation spectrum have been theoretical considered and numerical computed both near a free sur face of crystals and near its surface with the atomic monolayer of another mater.
