Karazin popup.description2 The temperature-speed conditions of structural superplasticity under deformation in the creep regime with affecting constant mechanical strain are determined for 1420, 1423 and 1450 alloys. The peculiarities of superplastic flow which are connected with the existence of metallographic texture are studied. The data about cavitation are obtained. The morphology and the role of grain boundary cavities in processes of defprmation and failure under the conditions of structural superplasticity of considered alloys are studied. The cause of transformation superplasticity occurrence in a number of transitional metals is determined. Quantitative calculations of two crystallizive and stretchitative connections change in metals under the occurrence of polimorphic transformation is determined and the unstability of interatomic bonds under this transformation is demonstrated. The mechanism of recrystallization in metals is established and quantitatively proved. The reasons of structural high temperature superplasti city occurrence in metals are determined. The possible mechanism of cavitation and metal' and alloys' failure under the conditions of superplasticity is considered on the electronic level.
