The purpose of the work is to work our proposals as to the social and economic substantiation of the ratification (non-ratification) of the Convention. The investigation methods are as follows: confrontation, comparison methods and the sociological analysis. The work states that the national legislation in the sphere of the regulation of labor questions responds almost completely (by 90.0%) to the requirements and provisions of the Convention.
