The purpose of the work is to determine the procedure of evaluation of the size of the above mentioned payments of the enterprises, institutions, and organizations. The investigation methods are as follows: analytical, comparative and grouping, confrontation, statistical and generalizing methods. For the first time in the Ukraine a classification of the branches of economics has been worked out in accordance with the classes of professional risk in production, the corresponding insurance rates are set, correction methods of the size of the insurance payment of the enterprise, institution, organization are determined. A corresponding project of methodical instructions is offered envisaging the record of the rating of the workplaces and their correspondence to the labor pr otection normative acts.
