Aim of the research - development of new digital-analytic methods of analysis of electromagnetic and ultrasonic fields interaction with spatial and plane structures that contain sharp tops and borders, forming of corresponding inverse problems and designing of new apparatus facilities for defects detection in stratified materials and evaluation of their parameters in wide frequency band. Method of investigation - the mathematical modeling of wave (electromagnetic, ultrasonic) fields and signal forming processes in transducers by using methods of value-boundary problems theory and singular integral equations. Algorithms and programs for calculation and modeling of electromagnetic fields, scattering by bodies with arbitrary smooth variable generating line, cone segments, one -side closed cylinders with finite length in wide frequency band, including resonance one, are worked out. On this base interaction models of fields with three-dimensional defects in materials are proposed. By means of inverse problem decision using global minimization technique, ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic method and apparatus for plane-stratified dielectric materials diagnostics have been developed. Multifactor model for eddy current transducer signal and procedures for construction of nonlinear multi-dimensional model of "eddy current transducer - testing object" system are elaborated. Approaches for designing of precision multifunctional devices and systems for selective eddy current testing are plan projected. Using of compensating coils in magnetization-demagnetization systems for improvement coercimeters technical characteristics is proposed. It's also shown that for this purpose is worthwhile to form magnetization field by means of energy of three-phase electric network with neutral.
