One of directions of optimization of agricultural land use considers conservation and meadow formation of degraded lands. Taking into account state of an edaphic integument on plouging grounds, which are found on teritory of each village council of range, the areas degraded and lessly productive grounds are discharged. The experimental equipment design of meadow formation and conservation of grounds in limens of Ositnyansky village council is developed with the purpose of raise of fertility of degraded lands by application offered rather to conditions of a relief and edaphic integument of technologies of building long-term grasses and most productive grassy admixtures concerning an exposition of slopes.
