The project GIS for conducting monitoring of ground resources of a level of village council is created which is based on the digital map which has been made from firm carriers of scale 1:5000. The developed project of geoinformation system is realized on an example GIS of monitoring of ground resources of Perespa village council of Sokal district of the Lviv region, which works under management of a program complex ArcView GIS 3.1. With the help of the developed software the processing of an available cartographical material is carried out and the digital maps of grounds and relief are created which contain the data vector and raster formats. The three-dimension al model of district with the appropriate toolkit for work on her is created also. The dynamic connection between program complexes ArcView GІS 3.1 and Рaradox for Wіndows, based on use of the standard DDE-protocol is organized. It has allowed to use GIS as a cartographical subsystem of the automated information system "RESOURCE", which is introduced at the Lviv regional centre of monitoring of ground resources. The mathematical models and numerical methods of the decision of such classes of tasks are developed: a slope drain of rain deposits, estimation of ground erosion, migration of polluting impurity and optimum accommodation of dot sources of pollution of an antropogeneous origin.
