The researches were carried out with use of means of communication, PC, incorporated in a local network, newest system software. During performance of work were: the forms of the entrance and target documents, algorithms of the analysis of the information, software formation of databases, processing and registration of parameters are developed technology of the tax and processing of the information, monitoring a condition of the basic technical and economic parameters of economic activity of the industrial enterprises was carried out: volumetric parameters (volume of commodity production, realization from a beginning of year, volume of the consumer goods), labour parameters (fund of payment of work, registration number of the personnel, average wages). By basic scientific technical production, which is created and is transferred according to the contract with the Ministry of industri al policy of Ukraine are the Collections of the information analytical reports. In these reports the results of researches on the named above parameters are resulted, where the data are incorporated on conditional regions of Ukraine, areas and branches of the Ministry. Including, in the reports the diagrams and table of parameters of volumes of commodity manufacture on the data of December 1992-1999 years are given.
