It is found out that the necessary background of this effect is making germinating flaws on the metal surface before deformation , which are concentrators of voltages and initiate microcracking fissuring in surface layers. In semiconductor (InSb) 1-x (CdTe) x solid solutions the magnetic deformation effect results in local deformation of the lattice. It is necessary to underline, that the basic features of the magnetic deformation effect for manifold materials are practically identical. The diamagnetism of the deformed molybdenum and zinc patterns, and semiconductor InSb1-xCdTex solid solutions, which we observed in weak magnetic fields, is not characteristic of the explored substances.
