The main conformities were established for film deposition and crystallisation and for continions and regimes of synthesis. Structure and chemical composition of CVD diamond and interfacial diamond-substrate layers were studied. It was supposed, that mechanism of formation, growth and crystalisation of diamond spherolitic films resulting from joining of colloide clasters particles from gas phase and their coalestention. The conformities of contact interaction at the diamond film-substrate boundary and work of adhesion in their systems were established.
