Three types of paramagnetic centers (two of them are related with oxygen vacancy Ta(4+) -Vо , Ta(4+) - v -Me(4+) and third one is Ta(4+) - OH(-)) were detected. It is clarified that Ta centers are shallow donors. For the temperatutes T>30 K the centers are transformrd into oxygen vacancy Vo or OH(-) respectively. Their energetic levels are situated at 26 meV and 8 meV below conduction band bottom. The symmetry of centers is inverse-broken by photoelectron localization near one of two equivalent Ta ions nearest to the Vo or OH(-).
