The work aim is construction of relativistic theory of a stimulated and spontaneous emission in the multiphoton light field, and also the resonance scattering of an electron on positron in the field of light wave. The research method is semiclassical: the external multiphoton electromagnetic field considers classically, and all of the other (electrons, positrons, photons) regard quantum-mechanically. The relativistic theories that are built: the resonance scattering electron on positron in the field of light wave; the spontaneous emissions by electron of photon in the multiphoton light field; the stimulated emission and absorption by an electron scattered by a nucleus in the multiphoton light field; the spontaneous bremsstrahlung by an electron scattered by a nucleus in the field of two light waves. The gotten results essentially make deeper the scientific conce ptions of a stimulated and spontaneous emission in the multiphoton light field and electrons interaction with positrons in the light field and can be used by scientific laboratories of different country (Russia, Ukraine, USA, Canada and others).
