The new special features of the Voronezh Massif,Dnieper-Donetsk Depression and Ukrainian Shield have been revealed; Donbass gravity field mantle component have deen singled out. The principles of the isostatic approach have been developed, the new South-Ukrainian oil-and-gas province have been predicted; by J.B.Sigalov algorithm spacial (3-D) gravity and magnetic field continuation software was created and tested. The sketch map of the Proterozoic basement probable surface within the edge and near-edge parts of DDD have been constructed;depth faults of various tim e origin, tectonick blocks, probable oil-and-gas perspective zones within the sedimental strata and crystalline basement have been separated.
