The research was carried out with use of technical devices of communication, PC, which are incorporated in a local information network (LIN), newest system and applied software. During performance of work: Were developed technology of the tax and processing of the information; the forms of the entrance information messages of the enterprises; the forms of the outgoing documents; algorithms of the analysis of the information; software of formation of information databases, processing of the information and registration of parameters with results of researches. On the basis of this software and workstation LIN the automated workplace for formation of databases and research of financial and economic parameters of the base industrial enterprises is created; Monitoring a condition of manufacture of the most important kinds of production is executed which is supervised, accounting on their manufacturing, wholesale prices for the basic materials and энергоносители, which are used at manufacturing production, financial and economic condition, changes of superimposed expenses at the base industrial enterprises. By basic scientific and technical production, which is created and is handed under the contract with the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, is the Collections of the information and analytical reports. In the information and analytical reports the results of researches on the named above parameters, on тл і of total parameters on seven branches of the Ministry are represented with which are subordinated of the enterprise. In particular, in the reports the diagrams and tables of the data of dynamics (on months for the period February, 1999 - January, 2000) release are given: commodity production in the comparable prices; own turnaround means; elements of expenses, average wholesale prices for the basic materials and energy resource s on the base enterprises of mechanical engineering as of 01.01.1995 and 01.02.2000 with the counted up index of the prices.
