They have a high level of phisico-mechanical ( bending strength -500-700 MPa, K1c -8,5-9 MPa.m1/2, Hv -18-22 GPa) and corrosion ( till 1450oC ) properties. The technology of magnetron coatings deposition was elaborated as well. Their structure and corrosion-resistance in the air was studied up to 1500oC.
