The equation systems, which describe the processes of transfer using low-temperature, high-temperature and fusible heat accumulated materials are obtained. There developed theoretical grounding of the calculation and design of rational devices and utilization means of worthless heat energy of the transport machines. A new scheme of the cooled device and heat accumulation system is developed, using electrodynamic breakage energy, gas wastes of the internal combustion engines, systems of heat-transfer medium of cooling.
