The purpose of the work is the elaboration of the scientific principles of creation of the modern high-effective equipment, which promote its resource by optimization of the chemical-physical processes in the sphere of the frictional contact and the processes of the mixture-forming at the rotoral air-supply. The method of investigation is the theory of physical and mathematical modeling, the plan of the experiment, the theory of the mathematical statistic, the theory of probability. It was worked out the investigations of the wear-firmness of the frictional system, the peculiarity of the forming of stress-deforming state in the contact region and the condition of realization of outward friction with taking into account of the force factors were studied. The investigations of the kinetic conformity to natural laws of forming and destruction of the lubrication layers, which are created on the boundary of the friction bodies dividing and their influences on the functional indexes of the coincidence were held. The new method of the feed of hard-lubrication material in zone of the contact was worked out. It allows work out lubrication system, which provides automatic control by lubricating process and achieve the positive result at more economic expenditure of the lubrication material. The mathematical model, which describes of the hydrodynamic of the two-phase gas flow and films of liquid, which takes part in mixture-forming on the internal-combustion engine with mixture-forming at the rotoral air-supply was obtained and investigated. The working out model can be used for create of calculating method and for control means of processes of rotoral air-supply of the motor.
