The purpose of work is development of theoretical bases of designing spindleless equipment, where the tool is a sole driven part. During work was investigated quasi-dynamic balance of ring plate, which is taking place in a non-uniform electromagnetic field, ways of it spatial stabilization, and optimum frequency of rotation. As a result of research the ways of spatial stabilization of a ring plate are determined, the analysis of the intense condition diamond ring with the inner cutting edge in installation spindleless is carried out and the optimal frequency of its rotation is determined, amplitude frequency dependence of own fluctuations diamond ring with the inner cutting edge is investigated and its dependence from tangential of pressure on cutting edge and the device for definition of an optimal tension of circles diamond ring with the inner cutting edge is developed. The efficacy of this equipment is dete rmined by the large diameters of slicing ingots, small vibrations of the tool, and also small dimensions, weight, energy consumption and cost of the equipment.
