A., Registration Date 03-07-2000 Organization East-Ukrainian State University popup.description2 The objekt of research is the production of wound elements in truss constructions (TС) of spacecrafts (S) with its complex, objectively existing and constantly developing processes. The aim of work is to research links and identify regularity in the manufacturing process of truss construction elements of composite materials (CM) by the method of winding and further to develop scientifically grounded construktive-technological decisions direkted on improving the existed composite material trusses and working out of prospective ones. Experimental researches have been conducted on the base of samples and simulation constructions as well. White their implementing there have been used methods of experiment planning, statistic hypothesis checking and fractografic analysis of distruction types. Methodological base of research work and its results are of great practical value. Application of developed concept while creating new elements and assembled TK of composite materials and improving the existed ones allows to diminish significantly the volume of experimental research, outline the effective ways of rising their mass, regiolily and thermal quality parameters at concrete production terms. Recommendations on the choise of rational structural technological parameters concerning winding of composite material truss constructions have been tested in terms of experimental industrial manufacture.
