As a result of immuno-genetic researches antigenes, phenotupes and haplotypes were discovered which are connected with different degrees of individual sensitivity to radioactive emanation at the general biological level and at the level of immune homeostasis. Methodology has been developed which elicits formation of human organism individual sensibility to radioactivity on the basis of immunogenetic and biophysical data of blood and spinal cord tests. Dynamic investigations of the immune state of the organisms affected by radiation were carried out according to the methodology developed. HLA (A, B, C, DR) antigenes types classification was conducted in which over 800 persons were tested in microlymphocytetoxis analysis in which a set of serums of anti HLA (A, B, C, DR) histotypes were used. Typology analysis was carried out on the basis of the main data of population immune genetics. The results of the research include the database of genetic blood systems, biophysical morpho-functional indices of bl ood and spinal cord cells of the people affected by radioactive emanation, children up to the age of 10 being among the testees. The results obtained provide for a more profound understanding of biological deviations mechanisms as a result of radioactive emanation; they prove the phenotypical dependence of degree and direction of changes in the immune homeostasis of the human organism which is connected with the genetic component responsible for the radiological sensitivity of the organism. Thus, it is very perspective to investigate the problems of non-stochastic immunological deviations occurring some time after the impact of active components of the Chernobyl catastrophe, to analyze the system of one-direction compensatory and adaptable reactions on the basis of immunogenetic, immunological, biophysical and morphological researches data in their correlation with immunogenetic researches.
