The set of three-dimensional (3-D) , two-dimensional, one -dimensional and box models is developed and implemented for simulation of the radionuclide dispersion in rivers, reservoirs, lakes and coastal areas of seas. The analyses of the model use for the support of water protection measures in the Chernobyl zone has been provided. The results of simulation of radionuclide migration beneath the "SHELTER" of Chernobyl NPP are presented. The 3-D model of the water quality and eutrophication of the water bodies is developed and verified. The methods of modelling are used for analysis of the environmental management of the reservoirs. The numerical 3-D model of the heavy gases propagation in the atmospheric ground boundary layer is developed. The simulation of the radionuclide transfer through the aquatic and terrestrial foodchains has been done for the accidental releases from NPP. The information technologies of the combining of the models into the decision support systems using GIS technologies, data bases and graphical user interfaces are elaborated.
