The research was carried out with use of means of communication, PC, incorporated in a local network, newest system software. During performance of work were: - Are received from the enterprises and the parameters of the project of the financial plan are generalized on branch; - The new versions of algorithms of the analysis of the information, software of formation of databases, processing and registration of parameters of debts of the enterprises are developed, of scientific organizations on payments in the budget and the researches of a condition of these parameters are executed; - The lists of the enterprises are generated which have not debts before the budget, which do not develop the consumer goods a nd that have debts before the budget and develop the consumer goods, the volumes and nomenclature of these goods for mutual reckoning are generalized..
