The new experimental data about nucleation processes, crystal growth and morphology during both directional solidification and solidification of undercooled melts of modeling organic metal-like substances with continuous and lateral growth mechanism, including conditions imitating characteristic ones for orbital space stations, have been obtained. The calculated and experimental data about conditions providing formation of substructure with low angles of subgrains disorientation during growth of single crystals of solute metal alloys are presented, new practical recommendations about growth of single crystals with lower dislocation density are given. The peculiarities of atomic structure in economy-doped nanocrystalline alloys of FeSiBCuNb ba se system, depending on conditions of its manufacture, as well as dynamics and kinetics of structure-phase changes in its during heating in interrelation with level of magnetic characteristics have been established. The influence of correlation of main alloy components and its alloying by small additives solute in Fe on level of thermal stability and magnetic properties has been studied, the mechanism of stabilization of amorphous state during alloying is proposed and substantiated. New economy-alloyed compositions and optimum technological regimes of manufacture and heat treatment of nanocrystalline alloys are developed, that allowed to achieve the level of initial magnetic permeability up to 40 thousand and to replace successfully conventional soft magnetic materials (permalloys, ferrites etc) in wares of electrical engineering and electronics. The laws of influence of insoluble particles of various crystallographic type on process of crystallization of modeling amorphous alloy Fe85B15, which are imp ortant for development of heterogeneous nucleation theory and which allowed to deepen conceptions about modifying ability of solid particles used for refining cast structure, have been established.
