A method for estimation of effectiveness of the jacket use was developed and principal parameters of means for its technical providing were determined. On the basis of conducted calculations of the cooling system of the heat protective jacket its refrigerating capacity and effectiveness of use as well necessary capacity of the plant for freezing the cooling elements being used in the jacket were determined. The prototype of the heat protective jacket that allows to protect the man against influence of temperature up to 40 oC and dust content of the environment up to 200 mg/m3 was developed, made and tested.
