The area of usage of a subsystem information-analytical department covers all structural divisions of the Ministry - manual, branch handles and regional divisions Ministry. During creation of a subsystem the appropriate software products are developed which allow to organize information interaction of handles of central body and regional divisions of the Ministry at warning, preventing, originating and liquidation of extreme situations by integration of databases of the semantic and cartographical information with usage of modern ways of handle of databases and Intranet of technologies as bases of collective usage of their layout, given irrespective of a place.
