The objects of study - DNA, polynucleotides, antibiotic carminomicine, fibrinogen. The methods of study - mathematical modeling, gravimetry, absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy, dielectric spectroscopy. The mathematical models have been built for processes of sorption and conformational transitions induced with the change of water content of the DNA samples in whole and restricted cycles of relative humidity changes. The methods and algorithms have been developed to numerically estimate the conditions of stationary state existence and to describe the time evolution of NA-water systems. The absorption and fluorescence parameters of the homopolynu cleotide - carminomicine complexes have been obtained. The two competitive types of binding have been determined. The method for separation of the binding types has been suggested. The three conformational transitions of the fibrinogen molecule have been observed in the temperature range from 2 to 50 C. The data on the deep cooling and gamma-radiation effects on spectral and conformational properties of fibrinogen molecule have been obtained.
