The research methods - the studied structures electromagnetic characteristics theoretical electrodynamic calculation; an anisotropic dielectrics measurement experimental resonant method. The rigorous electrodynamic solution of Hmno- and Emno- modes in rectangular waveguides junction with anisotrooic filling in the junction region ( the cases of transversal and longitudional anisotropy) have been carried out. The numerical algorythm and calculation programme of oscillations resonant and energy characteristics and filling substance electric characteristics have been processed. The physics of resonant phenomena have been researched. The results of carried out work were used during the measurement complete set designing for monocrystalls non-destructive measurement (leukosapphire, rubin and etc.); a microwave integral substrates, various microwave resonators and so on. The outlooking directions of researched object using- to provide the monocrystalls growing technology process continuous control with high accuracy.
