Karazin popup.description2 Results of the developments, improvements and applications of the nuclear-physics methods for studies of the element composition and physical state of the thin metallic coatings, the laser erosion condensates, impurities, natural objects (mainly, the ores of the Ukrainian crystalline shield) and the diffusion processes in the granites are presented. Serious consideration has been paid to studies of the analytical scope of the nuclear-physics methods. The methods used were both the immediate analysis (RBS, NR, PIXE) and the activation analysis. The common feature of these methods are a high expressivity, sensitivity, selectivity, mutual supplementness and nondestructive character.
