Karazin popup.description2 Results of studies of the reaction mechanism features induced by the protons, heavy ions and fast neutrons on the light and intermediate atomic nuclei are presented. The experimental technique for the search of rare nuclear events, namely, double two-neutrino K-capture in the isotopes of krypton-78 and xenon-124 as well as double beta-decay of the xenon-136 is described in details. Discussed are the new developments of the radiation-stable plastic scintillators having the long-time stability of service parameters. An application of the supersymmetry methods to the nuclear interactions is also described. Given are results of the relativistic electromagnetic formfactor calculations of the deuteron.
