Aim of the work: research of the Earth orientation changes in the space. Methods of research: mathematical processing of observations; carrying out of observations; theoretical modelling. It were carred out such works during 1996-1999 years: - improving of the sofware for VLBI observations processing; - the results of VLBI observations were received from GSFC (USA) obtained during 1979-1999 years, and data base was created for operations with these observations; - processing of VLBI observations was carrying out in 1996, 1997, and 1998 years; -begin the modernizations of the VLBI software; - the new model of techtonic plate (NNR-NUVEL1A) was added to SLR processing software; - information about new 17 SLR stations was added; - SLR processing of LAGEOS-1 and LAGEOS-2 observations; - obtained results of SLR and VLBI processing have been passed to the IERS; - obtained results were compared with results of others foreign processing centers; - GPS observations and its proc essing were carred out on the local sites: MAO NAS of Ukraine (Kyiv), Poltava Gravimetry Station, and Ukrainian Metrology Center (Kyiv); - the permanents GPS stations were installed in Kyiv, Uzgorod, Evpatory (Crimea); - the non-liniar Hamilton equations of Earth rotations were obtained; - the SLR station was put into operation in MAO NAS of Ukraine; - testing observations of satellites were carred out at the Kyiv and Poltava stations; - modernization of Kyiv SLR station was carred ou; - the new version of combined catalogue of radio-sources positions (series GAO-UA),; - research of the Chandler polar motion excitement mechanism has been continued.
