The dynamics of binary electrolyte concentrational changes was studied for transition regimes (after DC switching on). The mathematical model of masstransfer in a thin layer of electrolyte between two electrodes was elaborated and substantiated . Calculation method was proposed for additional ohmic resistance because of concentrational changes in a boundary electrolyte layer . The electrical scheme for such experiments was designed. On the base of all this work the new principals of electrolyte's choosing were proposed.
