Cu-In-Se films were prepared by successive condensation of indium selenide and copper with following selenization of two-layered composition. Phase and structural transformations taking place in the films during their selenization at different temperatures were observed by means of electron microscopy. The conditions under which the single-phase large-crystalline CuInSe2 films formed on base of two-layered composition during selenization process were revealed.
