The aim: biomonitoring data metodology conclusion, study of correlation between HM and pesticides content in biomedia and air. Methods: chromatography, atomic-absorbtion spectrophotometry. The methodical approaches to biomonitoring of HM lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd), pesticides were summarized. It was established: Pb and Cd content under occupational HM exposure considerably exceeds the background levels in other workers and inhabitants; correlation between Pb content in working zone air and d-ALA in urine for radiofitters; content of HM in blood of Kiev, Zaporoje, Kremenchug, Poltava inhabitants and OCP in biomedias agriculture workers depends on background environment and food pollution; biomedias - nasal mucous and saliva may be used for the revealing of pesticide exposure under there application; HM content in rat blood depends on the dur ation of isolated and combined HM exposure; OCP redistribution in animal body under the HM exposure. OCP breast milk contamination cause there daily intake into the child. Theoretical results: correlation between HM and pesticides pollution of working zone air and biomedias of different occupational workers is not revealed; the background HM and OCP carrying in population has the universal character; the background HM and OCP daily intake into the child with mother's breast milk can exced ADI. Practical results: methodical approaches to pesticide biomonitoring were elaborated; it has been shown the possibility of noninvasive biotests (nasal mucous and saliva) usage for the revealing of of pesticide exposure under there application.
