A main rare earth mineral is britholite. It represents halfmetamict phase enriched with yttrium and heavy rare earth elements. A genetic model of the deposit was constructed. It was based on the conception of fractional crystallization of silikate melt enriched wich iron and alcalis. It is supposed that this melt is a relict product of gabbro-syenite magma with differentiated according to Fenner's trend. High concentration of fluore and iron are the result of liquid immiscibility in silica melt. Ore formations occurend as a result of accumulation process of zircon and britholite crystals.
