The basic requirements to increasing the efficiency of designing the turbine exhaust section as well as the methods of optimal design of the final stage with account of the effect of technological deviations have been developed. The technological processes of machine working of vanes have been improved. The influence of electromagnetic fields on the heat-and-mass exchange processes has been investigated. The developments have been implemented at the Zaporozhye Motor Design Bureau "Progress" and at the Power Utility Company "Kharkovenergo".
