The system "ACCOUNT" allows a message the automated account of means, which are allocated with the regional centre on preparation, retraining and improvement of professional skill of the civil servants. The system "QUESTIONNAIRE" carries out automation of process of interrogation of the students of system and formation of the proved list of educational rates, disciplines and separate modules for system of retraining and improvement of professional skill of the civil servants.
