The aim is stocktaking, study, conservation and recovery of organisms' biodiversity and their natural combinations. The results of taxonomical and typological study (critical-and-systematical and floristic due to which the composition of flora has been supplemented and the spread of rare species and plant communities being specified, population variability of critical, rare and alien species, stepophyton diversity, synanthropophyton, medicinal plants, interspecific polymorphysm of rare and vanishing species, teratomorphs of industrial ecotopes plants, introduction research of native flora's plants) are summarized in the conjagated cadastre database, embracing 21 nominative-informative files. The population concept of anthropogenously transformed region phytobiota biodiversity conservation has been developed. The creation of two national natural parks have been grounded.
