The work purposes are study of fundamental static and high frequency electromagnetic and also acoustic properties of the mentioned objects and creation possibility research of new micro-and nanoelectronic devices on their base. The research methods are analytical solution and numerical analysis of electrodynamic equations describing high-frequency properties of solid-state materials and also experimental modeling of electrodynamic systems. The obtained results have fundamental nature. They expand essentially ideas about physical processes taking place at interaction electromagnetic fields and the solid state bodies and ones are the basis for elaboration of various micro-and nanoelectronic devices and for development of new methods of characterizing metals, semiconductors, superconductors and dielectrics.
