The purpose of work – to create technical means and systems of undestructive control and technical diagnostics of machines and mechanisms for different usage as well as the materials which are used in machine building, power engineering, chemistry, civil engineering, medicine and aviation. Method of investigation – mathematical analysis of heat processes and statistic analysis of the infra red imager systems. Algorithms of the heat images processing and methods of composite material properties’ structure investigations, constructions and mechanisms were developed. Methods of heat tomography curl, heat and radioheat methods were developed in the process of investigations. The results of scientific and research work are used while designing systems of undestructive control and technical diagnostics of machines and mechanisms. The application of the results of work will give the possibility to have true information about heat and p hysical properties of the construction materials. Predictions concerning object development of investigation, software processing will give the opportunity to optimize processing of the heat and physical material characteristics investigations.
