The purpose of work – to design technical means of the environment monitoring in the infra-red range of radiation . Method of investigation – statistic analysis of the infra-red radiation in the controlled objects and information transformation in the registering systems. Basic characteristics of the monitoring system were developed, mathematical model of the main unit work was designed for the system forming the images in the infra-red range. Technological peculiarities of the segnet and electric crystals processing were considered with the help of which the sensitive element of the system is produced. Functional scheme for infra-red radiation registering is designed. Conception scheme of the imitation model registration system of the long wave radiation was proposed. Input signals are preliminary simulated scenes and objects of control. Optic system of image formation is calculated. Met hods of image processing while monitoring the environment as well as recommendations how to use infra-red devices were developed. Algorithms of temperature information processing were proposed.
