Purpose of studing: on the base of studing of physiological and biochemical characteristics of D. toxicum 100115 and factors influencing on the toxicogenesis of fungus to work out the model system of regulating synthesis of separate components of MCTC complex. It was shown, that the secondary metabolism of D. toxicum 100115 had the number of peculiarities which was not in accordance with common agreed conception. The studing of influence of certain mineral and organic components on synthesis of dendrodochins gave the opportunity for the first time to work out the model system of directed synthesis of MCTC with litte extraction, is not developed in the word. Obtained data may be used in the courses of mycology for universities as well as in technologies of production of separate MCTC for medicine, veterinary and scientific purposes.
