It was primarily demonstrated that in diabetes type 1 these changes was the result of microangiopathies and were secondary. On the other hand in diabetes type 2 the changes in the hemostasis carried paired character - the primary and secondary. The primary defects are the result of proinflammation cytokine doing. The secondary are n the results of defects in endothelial vessels. It was demonstrated firstly that under formation of ulcer-necrosis process in diabetes type 2 discoagulation syndrome was advanced that was characterized by increased of local intervessel thrombus under background of plasma coagulation and decreased fibrinolysis. Using of heparin in this situation possesed non adequate activation of plasma coagulation processes. New method of diagnostic of diabe tic microangiopathies by using measurement of concentration of fibrin and fibrinogen degradation products in blood has been devised.
