It was concluded that antibodies against decarboxylase of glutamic acid were not cytotoxic and they were seen as markers disturbtion of nerve fibers under diabetic neuropathy. It is observed that using of Espa-lipon not only increased function of nerve fiber but accelerated of wound healing under diabetic foot. It is demonstrated that concentrations of proinflammatory cytokines and level of anti-GAD antibodies in plasma are markers of diabetic foot duration severity.
