The aim of investigation is the study of influence of a hydration on energetics and dynamics characteristics of DNA-water systems in dependence on a type of DNA, it nucleotide composition and level of action of ionizing radiation. The experimental studies are carried out by methods of IR-spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, UV-spectophotometry, piezogravimetry, differential EHF-dielectrometry, gel - electrophoresis. Theoretical calculations аre carried out by the computer Monte Carlo simulation.
