Purpose: To elaborate and to improve of system organ-saved and reconstruction-reduction treatment of finite-nesses, damaged with high-gravity opened damages, integrating modern ways of microsurgical and orthopedic renovation for improvement of anatomy-functional and expert results. Method of testings - information, statistical, clinical, electro-physiological, rentgenological. Pursuant to the schedule of fulfillment SRW the analysis of fea-tures of ways of operating treatment was conducted at high-gravity opened damages of finitenesses. As a result of the analy-sis the presence of different ways of operating treatment on con-ventional techniques is established, and also with applying of microsurgical engineering, which one different multi-phase, and not always are organ-saved. Most rational is the combination of modern orthopedic and microsurgical ways of operating treat-ment. The conducted analysis of nature of violations of blood circula-tion and innervation at HOIE (hard open injury of extremities) promoted development of tactics of surgical treatment. The indi-cations(reading) are updated and the ways of operating treatment HOIE are improved. Dynamics of reduction processes after organ-saved of interfer-ences and mining on this basis of the justified programs of a medical after treatment is studied. Subject are guard-capacity.
