The diagnostic indices have been elaborated depending on the blood PLA level. Their high diagnostic informativeness in CRP has been proved. A comparative assessment of the effect of natural and artificial protease inhibitors, the PLA inhibitor produce on the clinical course, functional state of the pancreas, immunograms, autoimmune reactions in patients with CRP has been carried out.
